Furniture is not stock we pull off a shelf. Each piece is built to order, which has a consequence worth being blunt about:

Changes have a deadline

Production typically begins 3 to 5 days after an order is placed. Once it has begun we can no longer change the order, so please confirm every detail at the time of purchase.

Cowhide ottomans

For a custom ottoman we select a hide as close as possible to the one pictured. It will not be the exact hide unless a specific rug is chosen and marked on your quote or invoice.

Material swatches are free

We will send complimentary material swatches before your furniture order goes into production. Worth doing: if you do not order swatches, we match the closest material by default and that becomes the piece you receive.

Colours on screen vary with dye lots and monitor settings, and slight variation from piece to piece is normal in genuine leather.
