When your order ships

We process and dispatch orders within 24 business hours. Orders placed before 1pm EST on a weekday often go out the same day. You get a tracking number as soon as the parcel leaves us.

How long it takes to arrive

Within the continental US, expect 3 to 5 business days from the ship date. That is transit time on top of dispatch, not from the moment you order.

Who carries it

We ship primarily via UPS, from our warehouse in Florida. Two things worth knowing: we cannot deliver to PO boxes, and tracking is followed on the carrier's own site using the number we send you.

Getting it faster

Expedited shipping is available on everything except furniture. Enter your address at checkout and you will see the expedited rates and delivery estimates for your location.

Furniture is different

Every furniture piece is handcrafted to order, so plan on 4 to 12 weeks depending on the piece and the current production schedule.
