Our Exact Photo Guarantee

Every rug on our site with a SKU number has been individually photographed and measured in our own studio. When you place an order, the hide in those photos is the hide that ships. No stock photography, no substitutions, and a certificate of authenticity in the box.

How accurate are the colours?

We shoot every hide in a professional studio under controlled lighting to capture its true colour and detail. Some variation is still normal once a rug is in your home: bright rooms read closest to our photos, while dim rooms make a hide look darker than it is.

Can I order two of the same rug?

Only one of each hide exists, so you cannot order the same rug twice. Plenty of patterns and colourways sit close together though, and picking two different SKUs from the same colour category gets you a coordinated pair. Why we do not send samples

Cutting a sample would destroy the one-of-a-kind rug it came from, and it still would not represent any other hide. That is where our studio photography and colour matching go instead. We also do not sell half hides or offcuts.
